  •  Liquid Phase Diffusion Growth Platform for SiGe.  Reasearch platform for study of growth technique under a number of combined stimuli including static magnetic field, rotating magnetic field, ampoule translation, ampoule rotation and electric field.
  • Solidification Research Furnace with in situ observation of interface position.  This platform integrated a infrared sensor for interface tracking with a vacuum furnace, rotating magnetic field and static magnetic field for research into metal casting.
  • Bridgman Crystal Growth Platform for II-IV material production.  Flexible platform for Bridgman type growth development.
  • Vertical Gradient Freeze Growth Platform for process development.  Fully integrated system for development of gradient freeze growth process.
